Donation Policies & Guidelines

1. Policy Statement & Objective
   To maintain a consistent, open and equitable approach to the distribution of donated services by Shannon-Rose Design (SRD). The Passion Project will ensure that community needs will be addressed on a priority basis.
2. This policy applies to requests for any donations of services by SRD.
3. Donations can be any of the services SRD provides.
4. SRD will consider donating our services to non-profits, clubs, educational and civic institutions, or individuals when, in SRD's opinion, a benefit to a community has been demonstrated.
5. Donations will not be made to groups who are raising money on behalf of another organization or community.
6. Applications for services shall be considered on their merits, taking into account the circumstances of each case and the availability of time in SRD’s schedule.
7. Applications can be accepted anytime of the year, but may take up to 10 days for a final answer.
8. All applications must be entered using our standard online application form. SRD will not accept any request for services above $15,000.00 (as determined by SRD), and reserve the right of offering less than requested.
9. Each application will be considered by SRD staff, after the application has been submitted.
