The banner goes up on the building at 17 Chapel.

A sign that things are underway… the official 17 Chapel Boutique Condominiums banner went up this week on the pre-construction building in downtown Albany. Expect to see a lot more action as 3 more floors are added, a new exterior is built, and general renovations get in motion.This is a very exciting development project for our client, The Rosenblum Companies. We designed this 2-story banner for them, as well as their logo and subsequent print marketing material and brochure.

Installation Successful
