Amber’s style and eye for great design doesn’t stop at her work. It’s a part of everything she does: the sleek, clean lines of her living room at home; the style blogs she follows religiously; her wardrobe; her passion for causes that are close to her heart.

Her two dogs, Miles and Basie, light her up, and it’s pretty understandable why. I mean, just look at their hypothetical human lives. Total charmers.

• If pet were a human, would be employed as: Miles: definitely an insecure super-dodel (that is a dog model) who’s known to pee on the dresses of competing dodels when they are not looking. Basie: would be a social worker or therapist who wears a tuxedo to work.
