The Rosenblum Development Corp. hired Shannon-Rose Design to develop the logo design for a new condominium project in Downtown Albany called 17 Chapel Boutique Condominiums.
Located in the Arts District near the Palace Theatre, it will rise seven stories tall, standing on the foundation of an old Hudson Automotive Dealership. They were looking for a logo that reflected the history of old Albany, with a modern twist that fit the design of the new building.
Brian chose to handle the logo in a typographic style, by using an old style font called Tallys, and supported it with a very modern green and black color palette. Stay tuned for more 17 Chapel projects coming in the near future and check out www.17chapel.com and www.rosenblumdev.com to learn more about the building and the developers.
