Our designer and Director of Information Design, Blaine Miller, spends a lot of his time outside of the office working outdoors. Lately, his inspiration has come from the sites and sounds of his summer. With a focus on textures and the bright hues of summer, he compiled the following from photographs he took.
For me, summer is a time of rich textures and patterns. They’re often illustrated by the things we grow and build, and inevitably find a way of influencing our design aesthetic by how they look or how they are put together internally. These photos are from a current outdoor project and from my garden.
